Accommodating host, even with our late arrival. 24-hour security for added peace of mind. Comfy bed and cozy blanket. Perfect for a couple's stay for a few nights. Super friendly and helpful staff with great recommendations. Great value for the price, better than other hotels in Manhattan. Walking distance to all major tourist destinations

Felt exceptional, no reason to complain

Place was decent and right next to a long-standing department store.

This basic apartment had everything for a very comfortable stay for our holidays. Location was marvellous, not too far from The Ride. Also, we loved that it was really close to Time square, sightseeing, and Manhattan. All the staff members were amicable and kind. Had a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave to use. There was a bath in the open bathroom.

The apartment was basic and decent, located just a 5-minute walk from a well-established department store. The staff was friendly and the location was fantastic, with easy access to various amenities.

The place is short walk to all tourist attractions, Time square.

I loved the apartment although some things didn't work.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us, as it was close to most sightseeing spots and Korea Town, which suited us perfectly as we love the Korean BBQ cuisine. Additionally, it was very convenient and close to everything. The apartments were cozy and comfortable, with clean kitchens and comfortable beds. The staff was accommodating and nice, making check-in easy and hassle-free. We also appreciated the fact that all our packages were securely held for us until our arrival.

Some hidden fees were a surprise and the overall appearance of the building and lobby could be improved.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is close to everything, including Times Square and most sightseeing spots. It is also conveniently located near Korea Town, which was perfect for us as we love Korean BBQ. The hotel offers cozy rooms with comfortable bedding and nicely-decorated interiors. The kitchenettes in the rooms were very convenient for us.

The hallways in the hotel seemed a little sketchy, and there were some noise issues with the pipes in the hallway at night.

The host was extremely friendly and attentive, making our holiday stay here an enjoyable experience.
